/ What hours can I schedule my shoot?

Standard studio hours are 8am-7pm. We are happy to accommodate any other hours, just let us know what you need.

/ Do you have an on-site equipment room?
We have some equipment on-site and we are expanding all the time. For needed equipment not onsite we fill requests with a reserved order from one of our trusted, local vendors. Just email us your request for an estimate.

/ What is your outside equipment policy?
Photographer’s personal camera & personal digital are welcome. If you wish to bring in any other equipment, a fee equal to 50% of the total studio rate applies.

/ What is required to book a studio?
A confirmed reservation requires a signed rental agreement, photo ID, and valid credit card. A valid Certificate of Insurance is required for all bookings in Studio A & Studio C.

/ What is your hold policy?
We are happy to extend holds on dates that are at least seven days away. Challenged holds will be provided with 24 hours to either confirm or release the date. We do not hold dates within seven days away. Dates within seven days away are first come.

/ Do you require insurance?
A valid Certificate of Insurance is required for all bookings in Studio A & Studio C and for sub-rented equipment. If you need help obtaining insurance just hit us up.

/ Do you have an elevator? How big is your entrance?
There is a standard passenger elevator in the building that can be used for anything that will fit, no separate freight elevator.

/ Is there parking?
Street parking (it’s tough) + there are multiple parking garages a few blocks away, reservations can be made at this link. We encourage crew members to take the subway or a car service. If you do drive, do not park in the dirt lot next to our building for any length of time, they tow without warning.

/ Cool plants and furniture, can I move them around or use them as props in my shoot?
Sofas, plants and large furniture cannot be relocated for usage as props. If you need furniture and plants for usage in your shoot we can recommend some great prop houses and plant nurseries in the area, just hit us up for suggestions.

/ Can I photograph beverages or build a big mud-hole in the middle of the cyc?
No liquids of any kind allowed on the cyc including beverages and mud-holes.

/ Can I record audio?
Our facilities are not sound-stages and include multiple studios located in a building with other tenants. Productions successfully roll sound here however since every production is different we encourage your team to schedule a time to scout to ensure our studios meet your needs. We cannot advise on the suitability of the studios for recording audio nor create special audio-recording conditions.

/ Can I have items delivered to the studio?
All deliveries must be pre-approved and scheduled with the studio. Storage and handling fees may apply. We will not accept any deliveries that have not been scheduled and pre-approved.

/ My production involves music performance, is that OK?
Out of respect for our neighbors, studios have a volume limit & live performance of any kind, including singing and acoustic-based instrumentation, is not permitted.

/ Do you have roof access?
Sorry, no.

/ Do you allow pets?
No. And yes. Check with us first.

/ Is it OK to use smoke, fog, haze, confetti, and glitter.
Fog, haze and smoke machines require prior approval, be sure to check with us first as we cannot always accommodate it. If you are using confetti and glitter be prepared for cleaning fees.
